At DomenicoGardini we want all our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase.
All items are quality controlled and carefully inspected before they are shipped to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact customer service at email@example.com immediately.
If you regret your purchase for any reason we offer exchanges once we receive the returned purchase. We will accept return of product in original condition, with all tags attached within 14 days of receipt. Please note that we do not accept returns on items that have been worn, altered, washed or damaged in any way. Return packages must be postmarked no later than 30 days from date of original purchase.
Regularly priced merchandise may qualify for exchange within the afore mentioned time period and stated conditions. All items purchased as final sale merchandise cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.
Please note we are unable to accept return for items purchased at other retail locations or websites. Returns or merchandise exchanges purchased through other channels which are not directly operated by DomenicoGardini cannot be accommodated.
We do not refund original or return shipping charges. We strongly advise that you insure your package. We encourage the use of a traceable shipping method for your return as DomenicoGardini does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that a return package is lost, stolen or mishandled. We do not accept COD or collect deliveries.
We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above stated return requirements at DomenicoGardini's sole discretion. Once refund has been approved, you will receive an email notification confirmation.
